Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what OfficePDF collects, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
Account data (email, name, company), order and payment status (never full card or payment-account details — payments are handled by Alipay or Stripe), usage records (conversion jobs, pages, API call times) and necessary access logs (IP address, browser information).
2. Your documents
Documents are used only to perform the conversion. Source files are deleted as soon as conversion ends; PDFs and diagnostics reports are kept for 7 days for download and then deleted automatically, or earlier on your request. We never view, analyze or use your documents to train any model.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, process orders and invoices, send account notices (email verification, order confirmations), and prevent abuse.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties other than necessary service providers such as payment processors, email delivery and cloud infrastructure, except where required by law.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists; order records as required for accounting and tax; access logs generally no longer than 180 days.
6. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS; passwords are stored as one-way hashes; only hashes of API keys are stored; sessions use HttpOnly cookies that page scripts cannot read.
7. Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in the dashboard and contact us to export or delete your account data. Deleting your account also forfeits unused pages and licenses.
8. Cookies
We only use cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
